Learn to Knit Class (10/15, 10/22, 10/29)
Learn and practice knitting basics with a luxurious washcloth pattern (adapted from Purl Soho's free Hot Springs Towel Set pattern).
Class will meet three Thursday evenings in October from 6:30-8:00 PM on:
- 10/15: Knitting basics (Casting on, knitting, & purling)
- 10/22: Reading patterns & casting on our washcloths
- 10/29: Casting off & blocking
Our class will be capped at 4 participants to ensure plenty of hands-on support. :)
The materials needed for the pattern are quite adaptable! You're welcome to bring your own materials or purchase in shop for a class discount.
We recommend at least 50 grams of a plant-based fiber yarn in sport to light worsted weight. For needles, bring straight or circular needles in a size to match your yarn. (Example shown in natural Mojave yarn with a US 4/16" circular needle.) To add on materials, click here.
